ABOUT THE DAYCARE

Full time daycare

The Child Development Center of Central Presbyterian (CDC) provides daycare for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

Childcare is available year-round from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Teacher training days are scheduled around holidays. View the school calendar.

Downtown Atlanta location

The daycare is across from the State Capitol in downtown Atlanta, and convenient to many in-town workplaces.

High quality education

The CDC maintains low teacher-to-child ratios and follows the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) recommended guidelines.

Our classroom structures and playground equipment allow children to explore, discover, and learn through developmentally appropriate activities.

Georgia Pre-K program

The CDC is proud to offer a public Pre-K class for children who are four years of age by Sept. 1.

The Pre-K program follows the Atlanta Public School calendar. Camps are available during school breaks, except on days that the CDC is closed.

Inclusive and affordable

The CDC fosters an inclusive community and supporting the holistic development of children. As a result, we honor the racial, ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic diversity of the city.

To serve families from all religious backgrounds, our curriculum is not religious-based.

To ensure that more families have access to daycare, tuition is competitively priced. Scholarships are also available.

Unique features

From healthy meals and snacks, to enrichment classes, and continuity of care, the CDC offers many unique features not offered at most Atlanta daycares.
